Questions and Answers

How do I buy?
Buying from miniboxes.com.au is safe and easy! Just follow the steps below.

Step 1:
Simply email us saying which items you want, the quantity and the preferred method of delivery. –If you like you can also ask us any questions. -Our email address is: miniboxes@gmail.com

Step 2:
We make sure that your order is in stock and we email you back ASAP confirming the total cost (the items and postage/handling costs) of your order. –Sometimes we even offer discounts for certain stock lines and large quantities. –And we’ll also answer any questions that you ask. If some items of your order is not in stock, we'll let you know the expected time when the stocks are replenished.


Step 3:
If you want to go ahead with the purchase, just confirm your order and we’ll email you an invoice and get your items ready for delivery. Once the payment is received, we’ll notify you by email that your order has been sent.

Postage / Handling
Postage / Handling costs will vary depending on weight, postage method and destination.
Just tell us whether you want the order to be delivered via any of the following:

  • Regular Post
  • Registered Post
  • PrePaid Parcel Post
  • PrePaid Express Post Satchels
We’ll weigh your order and use the most cost effective and appropriate packaging– that way we can pass the savings to you.


What happens when the items for my order is not in stock?
When you place an order, the first thing we do is check for stock. If some items of your order is not in stock, we'll let you know the expected time when the stocks are replenished via email before we issue any invoices.


Refunds and Exchanges
Because most of our products are supplied from boutique manufacturers (some are hand made) and are all paid upfront and we are not offered any refunds or exchanges. Therefore we cannot offer and refunds and exchanges.

Quality Assurance
We do not like buying damaged goods and we know that you don’t like doing it too! And that is why when we receive the goods from our suppliers we make sure that they are in prefect condition – if not, we simply won’t sell it. And when your order is ready to be sent, we make sure that everything is in perfect condition (that includes the packaging material).

* We are not liable for any late delivery, any loss, theft or damage to your order once it posted. We recommended the item(s) are send via Express Post for a fast and reliable delivery - also the delivery can be traceable once en route.
* Item(s) will not dispatch until payment is received in full.
* Email notification will be send after item(s) has been posted.
* If the item(s) is out of stock, we will notify you via email and let you know the expected time when we replenish the stocks.
*For special order products; we can only give you an estimate of the postage costs until the products arrive to our office. All postage costs will be based on the weight of the product/s and postage packaging of the order.
* All items are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
